Liked: Cleanliness, comfortable bed, room size and layout (plenty of room)
Disliked: Mooncussers restaurant always seemed closed. Often had to stand at bar to wait for staff to appear. They were, however, friendly and helpful. But information about ordering food, "in-room" service, etc, was vague. Bar was fine, but food quality was average. You could tell it was frozen them microwaved.
