Liked: Was friendly team, very helpful and room was beautiful.
Disliked: Was extremely warm in the room (apparently reception can modify the room temperature). We had to sleep with open window, which was extremely loud. Only after the night we informed the reception about this and they informed us they can 'play' with the temperature....Shame it was already in the morning after...

Liked: Hotel location and facilities were excellent . The staff were friendly , supportive and helpful . Suite decoration was excellent and the bathroom was specious and had all the amenities required .
Disliked: The only challenge was the cleaning which was satisfactory.
