Liked: Great location, very safe to walk the streets. Roof top terrace was a great facility & staff could not have been more helpful
Disliked: We had benefit of top floor room by the roof terrace, but also near the water supply equipment so background pump noises at night & early morning, more an observation

Best choice for a city...

Liked: I really enjoyed the patio in the room and the hotel’s rooftop. The property does have a Mexican flare to it. Also appreciated the coffee table books in the room, they were interesting to read.
Disliked: The drip coffee machine is not the best option for a hotel room in my opinion. A nespresso machine is easier and quicker to use. The filter for making coffee was not placed in the room.

A relaxing, spacious, home away...

Liked: This apartment entirely exceeded my expectations. The rooms were spacious, clean and stylish. We are a family of 4 and everyone had their own space to relax after sight seeing. The staff was very friendly and helpful. But, I cannot say enough about the location. This property is located in The Condesa neighborhood of Mexico City. Every day we could walk just a few blocks to find the very best international cuisine. There are shops and restaurants and a beautiful, lively park just steps from our door. I would stay here again, no question.
Disliked: Nothing. This was a wonderful place to stay.

Entire apartment should be air...

Liked: Decent rooms and bathrooms
Disliked: 1) The property is advertised as air conditioned. However only the master bedroom had a split air conditioner. The other 2 bedrooms did not have any air conditioning, nor any fans. After complaining, one portable tower fan was provided.2) There is no restaurant. Hence the breakfast provided on the terrace is a joke. Just some pastries, one or two fruits and coffee.3) We were 6 guests and only 2 drinking water bottles were provided at check in. After that we were charged US $ 2.50 for every water bottle. This is ridiculous considering the fact that we paid $3,400 for the apartment for 8 nights. Providing us with 2 to 3 bottles per day would not cost them more than $50 or $60, which they can easily absorb in their rental price.
