Great location if you travel...

Liked: The breakfast was great. All Staffs were very friendly and helpful.
Disliked: We drove a car. Initial parking to find the hotel was little bit confusing. You need to park near hotel parking garage so you can walk to the hotel to get a private parking garage. It would be better if the hotel explain this for people who drove a car. A staff explain detail process to find the parking garage (not too far), how to open, where are parking spaces are, etc.

Liked: Great hotel in a perfect location. Right in city center and 2 minutes from train station. Staff is so friendly. Room was clean and modern. Breakfast was amazing with endless assortment of pastries, breads, meats and cheeses, cereals, etc. Would stay again.

Excellent at ALL levels!

Liked: Hotel Feichter is top-notch at all levels — comfort, convenience, affordability, cleanliness, and, especially, the friendliness and professionalism of the staff. Oh, the breakfasts — an exceptional buffet that includes multiple (and special!) homemade fruit jams and stewed fruits. I would highly recommend staying there. It is staffed by several generations of highly service-oriented members of one family — and now another generation is joining in. I’ve loved this place for years, and it gets even better with new times

If we ever return, we...

Liked: Family owned, wonderful staff, wonderful breakfast, and very easy to communicate with. We were given a city pass to transportation and museums, which we took advantage of. I would definitely recommend this B&B for your stay in Bolanzo. It is a 5 minute walk to get to the train station, and also to the cable car which takes you to the beautiful cities above (don’t miss this, or you’ll be sorry). The pass also gets you free admission to Archeologico Dell, Alto Adige that hosts OTZI the 5000 year old man.
Disliked: The bathroom was a little tiny, but very clean, and was really fine.

A beautiful and remarkable experience.

Liked: Insanely clean, very modern interior and superb safety measurements in the evenings. You feel safe upon entering the hotel, and the heartwarming welcome by the staff at every occasion makes you feel very at home. We were always excited about going to breakfast, where the toppings are home-made and the food was overall handled with great care and love.The staff must have been our favorite aspect about our stay. Always smiling, always nice and forthcoming, always helpful and the receptionists gave us impeccable advice concerning our hiking trails, since we were unprepared (it was a breathtaking hike). Lastly, the hotel takes part in the cultural program being the "Bozen card", with which all the public transport in South-Tirole including cable cars around Bolzano and all the participating museum's tickets are free to use.
