Liked: Near enough to city center. Good house keeping.
Disliked: Advertised distance to the beach must be as the crow flies because the beach was a bit further than a few hundred meters. There was no lobby that could help us and no late check out (not even for a fee). For the amount I spent, I could have stayed somewhere with better service or at least have gotten a BnB with more privacy. The rooms were right next to one another, and we could hear everything our neighbors were up to.

A good base to explore...

Liked: The location was great, the room was very functional, room to hang clothes, an iron, kettle, towels and comfy bedsheets.
Disliked: Mattress could do with upgrading.

Liked: The radiators didn’t work, so the bathroom was a little cold, but the shower is very nice. The owner is very friendly, he let us borrow forks.
