Liked: Good location of the hotel, we did not use transport at all.The room and bathroom are clean, good bed linen.There is no kettle or coffee machine in the room, but when we asked a kettle we got it.Also we got an umbrella in the rainy day.
Disliked: Unfortunately one mattress was not flat and not comfortable,the minibar in the room did not work,and it was quite noisy at night on the street where our window faced.

Liked: The place was very clean and comfortable.The location is perfect—just a short walk from Roma Termini, which made getting to the airport and traveling to other cities super easy. It’s also close to the Colosseum, so sightseeing was very convenient.The breakfast was simple but nice, and what truly stood out was the amazing hospitality. The reception staff was exceptionally kind and respectful, going above and beyond to make our stay pleasant. Since we had an early check-out, he even brought our breakfast before.

Clean, good value accommodation

Liked: We were very comfortable during our stay at Frederica's Place and it's a good value place to stay in Rome. Communication was clear before our trip and we found the accomodation easily. Our room was clean, staff were helpful and it was good to have breakfast during our stay.
Disliked: We'd have liked a kettle and tea / coffee in the room but we knew before we went from the listing that this wasn't available.
