Disliked: Location is far for city center, we had to pay about 17 USD for each direction by uber.Bath and sink had cracks with moldVery high price for very poor quality hotel

Liked: Decent location and friendly staff.
Disliked: Smell was off. Tile in bathroom was greasy and slick. Beds are cheap. Rooms are too humid.

Property has gone downhill

Liked: We like the location - close to the ferry going to the French Quarter but not priced like that area. And you have a place to park without paying extra.
Disliked: We returned to this place because we had a good stay 5 years ago. The maintenance of this facility is very poor. The light bulbs flickered until they warmed up. The towel bar was hanging loose. The curtains were torn, and they hid an algae covered window. The water would fill up while using the shower or sink. The shower bar sagged so that the curtain wouldn't stay closed. The room smelled if the A/C wasn't kept running. No stopper in the sink, so you'd lose your toothpaste cap or jewelry down the drain. We had a completely different experience this time and would not consider it an option in the future.
