Liked: Luis, the manager, will really help if you have a problem; my car's lights had drained the battery, and Luis jumped right in, getting someone over the help out. He's helped before in various way. Excellent guy; runs a tight ship. Excellent rating.

Liked: Room was clean
Disliked: Huge ammount of noise from train, large migrant hostel right next to the hotel - really didn't feel safe. Area was horrible. Staff were pretty rude on the phone.

Liked: Price was good when you compare with other hotelIt was clean
Disliked: Location of the hotel is nearby train tracks and you have noise all night long. Fortunately, after 30K Steps every day, we were able to get some rest but That was not ideal Metro stations are a bit far but at least you have different lines !

Never coming back.

Liked: the bathroom was the only decent part of the whole experience, nice snack bar but very limited options.
Disliked: everything else, the mattress didnt stay to the bed frame, the sheets were so thin and too small for the bed, the location was awful. 11-15 minute walk in a sketchy "neighborhood" at night to get to the nearest subway station is not good. on top of the fact that the only microwave is a shared one and the button to open and close the door was broken.

Liked: The place was clean and the staff was helpful.
Disliked: The neighborhood feels pretty sketchy, but we didn't have any issues. This was second time we stayed at this hotel and last time was the same.
