Located beside the River Rhine near the center of Mainz the family-run FAVORITE Parkhotel features a pool and sauna area. It offers free WiFi as well as a gourmet restaurant beer garden and wine bar The spacious rooms suites and studios at the 4-star Superior FAVORITE Parkhotel include a seating area and free Sky TV. Wonderful views of the green surroundings or the River Rhine are offered. There are also 4.3 ft² conference facilities with 15 meeting rooms that can host up to 500 people. A rich buffet breakfast is served in the hotel's Sonnensalon lounge. The hotel features a gourmet restaurant as well as another restaurant featuring a charming conservatory area. Food and drink can be enjoyed on the large beer garden too. The hotel's large spa area includes a steam room and Finnish sauna. A sunbathing area with hot tub and deckchairs is available during the summer on the sun deck. Guests enjoy these facilities for free. Guests can walk to the city center or take advantage of the excellent transport services. Busses 60 and 61 stop 328 feet away and offer connections to Mainz city center and Mainz Main Station. Nice to stay over when...

Liked: Near the city center. Very nice bar and restaurant in the evening. Also a nice sauna on the rooftop. Big room (but old!)
Disliked: It's all old. We got a room in the old wing. I don't know for shure but I think they put all the booking guest here. The wirlpool is quite cold and de swimmingpool also old and all the features in the pool broken down. To expensive for what you get.

Weekend getaway

Liked: Excellent location in the park, great hotel with very nice and relaxing spa. Nice breakfast and setup in the restaurant.If you are looking for a luxurious getaway this is a very good address!
Disliked: I would add a panel near the shower in the triple room for privacy
