Liked: It's a cheap(ish) chain hotel next to a busy main road on an industrial estate on the outskirts of Montpellier. Plenty of free parking which is secured at night with a code activated gate. The rooms and bathrooms are very small but they are clean and are fine for a short stay. I stayed there because it is just 5 minutes walk from a small rock concert venue (Secret Place) that I was going to. It is possible to get into the city centre by public transport - there is a bus stop nearby which goes a long route (40 minutes) to Garcia Lorca where you change onto a tram for the 15 minute journey to the city centre. Although the room didn't have AC there was a fan which was fine (and it was a very hot night) - as others have commented it's not practical to open the windows due to road noise. Not somewhere to stay for your holidays but OK for a stopover.
Disliked: The reception is closed between 1-4pm which can be inconvenient.

Disliked: You can hear everything, some guests just make a lot of noice. Somehow they have to get in and out of their room many times within late hours!? Also taking showers at 02 in the morning (showers in the hall way). I fell asleep around 4 in the morning, very bad experience.
