Great stay, would come back!
Liked: Very clean, nice staff!
Disliked: Our room was by the pool, where they have speakers that play music until 10pm, which was so loud we couldn’t even watch tv. We asked them turn it off or lower the volume and they refused.

We enjoyed ourselves but at...
Liked: Beautiful property. Nice pools and bar.
Disliked: The door to our room was very hard to open as well as the drawers of the dresser. The sliding door on the bathroom wasn’t balanced and closed on its own. Not enough outlets and one was not usable. Everything was beautiful but slightly off. The A/C was like most hotel rooms and did not keep up with 3 people sleeping and remove the humidity.

Totally disappointed with Hilton!
Disliked: I have been a Hilton Honors member for 20 years and have never had an experience that was more aggravating ! 1. I tried numerous times to check in (via the email I was sent) and select my room, which failed every time. I ended up with a room overlooking the parking lot. For the price of this room (almost $500.00 per night) I found this to be ridiculous!2. Having returned to the hotel on our first night, we found all guests outside due to the fire department being called. Finding out later from other guests there had been a fire in the laundry room. The evacuation was completely understandable. What's really upsetting, is the fact there was no communication relating to an apology or any compensation for our inconvenience. Since this stay was paid in advance, what recourse is there for anyone to get a refund?There's moreAny questions, call me!P.S. I forgot to take pictures of our parking lot view!
