Liked: Location. Close to Bridge for 7 mile run.
Disliked: Cost ridiculous. $1700 for two nights stay? Room , dirty floor, tv didn’t work, phone didn’t work, . I’ve had better rooms at Holiday Inn.Ate dinner at restaurant, took 45 minutes to get meal after a long wait to order.

Liked: The property was very well kept, staff were friendly and helpful . Enjoyed our stay . Casey did an excellent job on your spa event
Disliked: The staff was all wonderful however, the food, while still good, did not meet the level of the establishment.

A nightmare

Liked: No hot water in the rooms during our stay (4 consecutive nights). Talking to other guests in the corridors, this is a recurring problem. Be sure to check the other reviews that mention this problem. In compensation: 1 night offered which in reality has NEVER refunded by the reception. Very long breakfast service! A word of advice: set up a buffet. 1-hour wait for an omelette and a coffee every time. Bad room cleanliness. Other comments also point this out. Avoid this establishment, or you will be very disappointed by the service and facilities. Ideal location (but the hotel takes advantage of it).

Liked: Overall is was very nice. The only thing I would ask to improve is the daily cleaning of our room. It wasn’t cleaned very well and things like the coffee and TP were not replaced.
