We loved the hotel but...
Liked: Good location , clean room
Disliked: We had to evacuate for 5+ hours and did not have hot water . We also smelled natural gas from the issue at the hotel

Lovely view
Liked: The resort is beautiful, newly renovated with an upscale beach vibe. The restaurant staff was courteous and friendly. Loved the lighthouse, bicycles and nightly fire pits.

Liked: The sister property’s pool and beach
Disliked: The yoga class I booked - the instructor didn’t show up at all. The front desk deflected responsibility and wouldn’t refund my fee. The lobby bathrooms were trashed on Sunday morning - literally the floor was strewn with toilet paper and paper towels and 2 stalls were dirty with no toilet paper left at all. I told the front desk attendant. No apology or reaction except - well, housekeeping’s not here yet. It was 7:40 am Woke up Sunday morning with no coffee pods in our room. I walked down to the front desk. Attendant said he would have housekeeping bring some up and offered to make me an Americano since that was the only thing he could do. I was really pleased with the reaction UNTIL he charged me for it. Also, housekeeping never showed up with the coffee pods.Also, because we booked through a third party there would not honor our Hilton Rewatds, AARP, or AAA discount.

Lovely stay!
Liked: Well kept, clean, perfect venue and ocean view!
Disliked: At first, it seem everything was working fine until i went to the room! I notice the room I paid for was not the one they gave me. I called the desk and ask for reimbursement to keep the room, however, they opted that option and rather upgrade to a super suite so I was happy with the decision made of the front desk! Shows excellent customer service!
