Liked: Dinner was amazing, room, facilities, pool etc outstanding. Lovely area and grounds
Disliked: Guinness was €7.20 and was poor quality, all drinks were like this but it was a nice get away so you expect higher prices i suppose

Great spa hotel and top...

Liked: Great spa facilities. Gorgeous Hotel and great steakhouse menu. Friendly staff and great breakfast.
Disliked: Decor in room was slightly old/ worn. Pool is slightly too cold.

Need to improve service in...

Liked: Excellent. And we absolutely love the spa/pool.
Disliked: We felt that the service in the Bar area was quite poor on both nights that we stayed. On the first night we waited a very long time even for drinks let alone our food order. I got the impression that they were understaffed in that particular area. That being said overall we would have no more hesitation in coming back to the hotel as we love it.
