Liked: The facilities, rooms, cleanliness, and all staff except one were excellent! The facilities are beautiful, a little out-dated, but very clean. The room was simple but adequate. The location was perfect!
Disliked: The nighttime desk clerk was not welcoming and quite rude. I waited several minutes while he was on the phone to ask him a question. He was very professional and polite on the phone, but to me, in person, was very curt! Very disappointing!
