Liked: The property was in a great location and was a cosy size. The staff were great and the room I had was bigger than expected!

Great value but eerie

Liked: The breakfast was lovely and the breakfast room had enjoyable Christmas decorations.
Disliked: We found it to be quite desolate, only ourselves and one other man in the bar. Because of this we perhaps felt a bit unnerved sitting out of the room in the evening. Although the staff were very chatty we found the general atmosphere cold and quite dated. It is a large building with big bare rooms.

Liked: Beautiful old building with some beautiful decor.
Disliked: Bad cleaning, rooms was poorly cleaned, bathroom shower was dirty, hair in shower, cracks on the tiles, stains on the mirror, too hot in the rooms, uncomfortable bed, staff not 100% proffesional . Breakfast was not good, beans not fresh been reheated, egg poached was solid hard. Lights everywhere in the room. except the mirror when u would do normally make up or hair very dark. In bathroom lots of lights but can't get to close to the mirror to c what you doing( Makeup wise).I have lots of pictures taken but u can put 4 in here.
