Good

Liked: Location is very convenient in the mall. Staff was friendly.
Disliked: Rooms were not very clean. Carpet is dirty. There was a weird smell in the room.

Wouldn’t recommend or return to...

Liked: Location was good.
Disliked: The bathroom sink had no water pressure and no temperature regulation. It was either freezing cold or burning hot. Rooms were very dated. Staff upon arrival ignored us.

In general, we were vey...

Liked: Proximity to restaurants, shopping and mall events.
Disliked: Using a third party booking service ( cheaper!) required me to put up a $500 damage deposit which took almost an hour to retrieve at checkout even though I paid it to the hotel and not to the booking agent as they told me.
