It was fine.
Liked: It was convenient for access to attractions.
Disliked: The elevators are not sufficient to service the hotel during peak times. We waited over 20 minutes to get from our room floor to the lobby.

NOT WORTH IT
Liked: Location was the only good thing
Disliked: Expensive for nothing! Hot tub in the room the jets kept going off by themselves. 2 am woke me and my mom up by going off and we called main desk and they said they would send someone up. No one came as I waited over an hour for someone to come. Didn't get attraction passes. Paid $640 for 1 lousy night and it was terrible experience. Never again will stay here.

Liked: Location is good.
Disliked: Facilities are old. The heater was so loud I had to choose to turn it off to get some sleep, which made the room kind of cold in the morning. Not the most comfortable experience.

Liked: Convenient entry to the West Edmonton Mall. Complimentary fruit(green apples) and Hot Chocolate (evenings)
Disliked: Very loud guests into the early morning as well as a very noisy radiator (continuously loud running water) disrupted our sleep. Better soundproofing is definitely necessary! Elevators were very busy, resulting in long waits, as well as overcrowding on the elevator, both on our floor and in the lobby.
