Liked: The room was nice and big. The jacuzzi was nice. The bed was good.
Disliked: The elevators can't keep up with the amount of people in the hotel. Our shower didn't get hot (but our jacuzzi tub would get hot).

Stressful and disappointing

Liked: The location for mall access is second to none.
Disliked: The room was straight out of the naughties with stained grout to match. The bath was stained, inside and out. Marked with red. The mirror hadn't been wiped clean. The tiles looked grubby and the grout in serious need of bleaching.The bedroom was dark and dingy with awful lighting. The carpet stretched up and on to the base of the beds. All furniture was chipped or damaged.We asked for a quiet room as my son has autism. No upgrade, just somewhere quiet. We were given an adjoining room where the headboard rested on the same wall as the adjoining door to another room. We could hear our neighbours word for word, and they weren't being overly loud - just having a good time.When they closed their door, it caused a suction draft/bang to.our adjoining door. We, and our two children got very little sleep.Staff weren't overly friendly upon check in. We were given our room number without direction etc.The amount of money spent on this room is depressing considering the above.I'm sure the fantasy rooms are great, but if you're looking for a basic room, serious look elsewhere. I wouldn't go again (to this specific room) even if it was comped. Additional needs or not, this isn't a comfortable or clean space.
