Priced too high for the...

Liked: I loved the view and how close the hotel was to the boardwalk and convenience store.
Disliked: The property was very dated. I didn’t feel comfortable in the bathroom, as it did not look or feel clean. Scum, damaged and outdated finishing and furniture. The sofa in my room was torn all over. Some lights in my room did not work. Etc

I would definitely stay here...

The location was great and...

Liked: I loved looking out my window at the colorful Ferris wheel and the ocean. I loved the bed-it was so comfortable. The kitchenette was an added benefit!
Disliked: The gym was run down and was a little remote during this time of year which made me a little uncomfortable.

Superb

Liked: The room is really comfortable and convenient for having a small kitchen where we could prepare our meals. The view is quite nice.

Worst stay, would never go...

Disliked: Bed was very old and uncomfortable. Sagged in the middle. Checkin lady was rude and un helpful. Elevators were slow, one was out of service. Elevators made scary sounds. Everything was closed. No convenience store in hotel. Absolutely would not stay here again. Heater and bathroom fan were loud. Checkin lady told us we had to take out our own garbage and wash our own dishes or face a fine/fee. Parking fee wasn’t disclosed until we got there. Bed was a full size, not a queen. Smell of marihuana was everywhere in the building, including the elevators. Construction was being done on 31st floor, no refunds. Not told this until we arrived.

Outside of the rude receptionist...

Liked: It was set up like an apartment which made it nice and cozy
Disliked: The way one of the receptionist treated me as if her paperwork was more important than registering clients in. She had me standing at her counter until another receptionist was available and then she took a seat. If she doesn’t believe that your clients come before stapling and filing then she is in the wrong position/business

Liked: That you could cook in the room
Disliked: The front check in lady was very mean, I called 2 days before I arrived and asked for a high floor, they said they will put it in the notes. When I got there they gave me a low floor and told me because I went thru a third party that I couldn't have a high floor, and it was so many rooms available on higher floors. When I got to my room it was cold, there was no heat or hot water, and we could not shower. We had to wait til the next day to get a different room. The next room they put us in, the TV didn't work and the furniture was raggedy. I always go there and never paid for parking, they made me pay$57.00 for parking. That's the first time I paid for parking In 10 years at this resort.
