Disappointing

Disliked: We stayed at this hotel for two nights during ADE, and unfortunately, it wasn’t a pleasant experience. On our first morning, we were startled awake when hotel staff entered our room unannounced while we were still sleeping. There was no knock or any warning—they simply opened the door, apparently needing to activate the fire alarm. Shortly afterward, the fire alarm went off four separate times, yet we were never informed this would happen in advance. This lack of communication and disregard for privacy was disappointing, and the overall experience was only worsened by the unfriendly attitude of the owner. Overall, it’s not a place we’d recommend.
