Liked: Location perfect for visiting a friend. Front desk was very professional and kind. TV was a little difficult. Perhaps the location or we could not figure out. Heat and hot water were fine. Everything clean and orderly.
Disliked: The TV. Could not get it to tune in a station. Gave up on it.

Disliked: Although the renovations are good, the rooms have no character. Your hotel is located on Cape Cod in Falmouth and there is no local art anywhere on property. This is a large missed opportunity to stand out and attract repeat guests.
