Liked: Location was good, close to shops.
Disliked: It immediately smelt like weed when I walked through the entry door to this "smoke-free hote." My room smelt fine until about 2AM when I was awoken to the strong smell of cigarettes. I called the main desk when it was still stinking by the morning before I checked out early. I was told they could not even trace who was smoking in the hallway due to their security cameras being down... the entry door was left unlocked due to not working, making it accesible to anyone (along with no cameras working) made it very sketchy and I did not feel safe. There were stains on the lampshades, some spots on the bed sheets. The staff were lovely, so kind. My negative experiences did not contribute to being their fault at all.

Liked: Location perfect for visiting a friend. Front desk was very professional and kind. TV was a little difficult. Perhaps the location or we could not figure out. Heat and hot water were fine. Everything clean and orderly.
Disliked: The TV. Could not get it to tune in a station. Gave up on it.
