Pleasant

Disliked: There were ants in the restroom. No full housekeeping service. Poor breakfast. Comfy beds and room.

Liked: The renovated rooms are a great improvement.
Disliked: Although the renovations are good, the rooms have no character. Your hotel is located on Cape Cod in Falmouth and there is no local art anywhere on property. This is a large missed opportunity to stand out and attract repeat guests.
