Passable
Disliked: They didn't have the room I order. I even called to confirm the same day and the gentleman told me they had it. When I arrived they told me they had an "emergency situation" so they had to upgrade someone else to my king bed room. He put me in a room with two beds. I came with my wife, who the hell wants to sleep in two separate beds. I will say the staff was kind, accommodating, and put me up in a partner hotel down the road. But if they had my info and knew they didnt have the room available, why didnt they just let me know?

I like this hotel very...
Liked: I think the location is very good! Each room has a balcony outside! Each room has a parking space, which is very convenient and quiet! And the room is spacious!
Disliked: The towels and floors in the room need to be cleaned and replaced!

Liked: Nice grassy area to walk dog around. Small chair and table outside room to sit, but too hot this week. Also, tables and chairs under shaded area near pool. Would have loved to have found this when my kids were younger!! Good sized pool, just not heated.I would stay here again because of the above.
Disliked: Would have been nice if they heated pool. They said they heated jacuzzi, but it was the temperature a heated pool would have been, not a relaxing jacuzzi. $20/day pet fee a little steep. Their explanation was they use special chemicals to clean room with pets, but they haven't cleaned the room once in 5 days (I extended my stay one day beyond the original 4 days with booking.com). I had to ask for new towels on day 4 and handed them my trash and asked for new trash bags for the rooms. The shower walls obviously haven't been wiped down - there is shampoo that I could easily wipe off, I.e., they should have wiped off, and hair on the walls of the shower. I think the thermostat on the air con sensed the outside not the inside of the room. Had to fuss with it a few times throughout the day.Wifi frequently went off and you have to resign in multiple times. Also, they neglected to tell me the wifi password changed on Mondays, just the 3rd day of my stay. There's no phone in the room so for any issues like the wifi, I had to walk around the property to the front desk or call on my cell phone, which was a bother because the number that was on their website was a booking number and not the front desk.
