Great location with friendly staff...

Liked: Loved the interiour of the hotel and both the restaurant/bar and spa were really great. The breakfast was one of the best I have had at a five starred hotel. Fresh and a lots of variety, a la cart orders as well as gluten free options.Location was really good, just a few minutes walk to the old town. Could also recomend a micro brewery located just cross the streat named Meat Beer who we think had the best beer in Prague after trying five different micro breweries.
Disliked: The restaurant was closed for a private party one of our nights and the music is really getting in to your room.

Liked: It was a cosy hotel, the staff were very kind and helpful. I liked the decoration and design of the hotel. Beds were comfortable, good location. 5 mins away from palladium mall
Disliked: I would not rate it as 5 stars hotel. When we first received the room there was no bathrobe, only two small towels, had to call the reception to provide us with bathrobe. Also the room service menu was very limited, they dont deliver the food so we have to go and pick it up.

Excellent breakfast and friendly wait...

Liked: Fantastic breakfast, great location.
Disliked: Hotel very warm and no air con in the winter months. No English language TV channels and can’t cast to the TV for apple products. No iron and ironing board in the room.
