Limited value for the price
Disliked: Unfortunately, the pool and sauna were closed during my 3-day stay. It was one reason why I preferred booking this hotel. Without it, the hotel is a bit overpriced. The restaurant staff was not able to communicate in English and in fact one of them not even in Polish. The dinner I had one evening was bad - spaghetti was undercooked and not warm at all.

Liked: Accept quality Hotel for short stay
Disliked: The personal gave not a slip during the payment and can't later help me with it copy at all - so I have a big problem with my accountant. I think staff has not wish and experience to help such way

Liked: It's a beautiful hotel that is well maintained. The pool facilities are amazing too.
Disliked: The pool closes at 9pm.

Disappointing,
Liked: The staff was accommodating; they let me check - in early despite the surly e mail/ chat communications; although the checkout was un expectantly early and abrupt, I was allowed an extra half - hour..
Disliked: The entrance to the hotel is dismal and was missed twice by my taxis; for safety's adequate lighting and signage please...Why is everything , the main amenities shut - down until 5 PM.?If I'm going to have to clamber up 3 floors with 3 pieces of luggage to get to my room after flying for 24 hours, at least have some provision or offer to help with the luggage, offer discount concession for the unpleasant and unexpected burdenif an elevator is going to be too much to ask for! What if someone have an health issue.I think i may have received a single smile once from your staff. during my entire stay; are they unhappy in your employ, or should i just chalk it up as normal and accepted Polish hospitality?FYI this in not in the least normal for international standards. Its a surefire way of making one feel most unwelcome....and for goodness sake paint over the scratches along the stairways and provide lamps so someone could work without going blind already.
