Originally booked in Sep 2024...

Liked: Location was good. Staff were good, very respectful and hospitable. Parking was right in front of our room.
Disliked: Wifi was so poor. As in we were not able to use it in the entire 3 days stay. The room… 4/10. Furniture were so old. Three of us had itchy back for two nights. Almost $300 per night was not worth it to stay. I may say this may just be worth for $100 per night.

Awful

Disliked: Screeching and stomping from ceiling during night likely from some vermines like raccoons, windows didn't lock, toilet not well secured to floor (it wabbled), no phone, no clock, no towel rack, no toilet paper rack, and just a small space heater that takes hours to heat room.

This place was the best...

Liked: The property was clean as I expected, the towels and sheets so white and clean. Close to the Niagara center, affordable in the price, very safe neighborhood. The staff were very friendly and professional. For sure we would like to come back soon.
