Liked: Central. Friendly and helpful staff. Much better than the Ivy Bush.
Disliked: Nothing. It is just a bit expensive.

Liked: I only got there very late due to unforeseen circumstances. But the receptionist rang to make sure I was ok and still coming. Got lost twice trying to find it because scaffolding outside distracted me in the dark. She was very helpful guiding me to the hotel and then came outside to show me were I could park, it's council parking so beware of charges. It was comfortable and basic and that was plenty for one night, very clean. Nice atmosphere.
Disliked: It was dark and I was tired so maybe I didn't see Camarthen in its best light.

Liked: Great Central location, lovely staff and very clean ,beautifully furnished hotel. Evening meal was really nice as was breakfast
Disliked: Only downside was it was really cold once you left the bedroom. Upstairs corridors , and especially the restaurant was uncomfortably cold despite there being a fire on. The restaurant door was left open so the heat just went straight out. I mentioned this at breakfast and the member of staff closed it for us although when we checked out we noticed it had been reopened again. Also closing the restaurant curtains in the evening would help a great deal x
