Liked: Great Central location, lovely staff and very clean ,beautifully furnished hotel. Evening meal was really nice as was breakfast
Disliked: Only downside was it was really cold once you left the bedroom. Upstairs corridors , and especially the restaurant was uncomfortably cold despite there being a fire on. The restaurant door was left open so the heat just went straight out. I mentioned this at breakfast and the member of staff closed it for us although when we checked out we noticed it had been reopened again. Also closing the restaurant curtains in the evening would help a great deal x

Liked: The property was beautifully furnished and very clean
Disliked: One thing only .The stairs .The bannister going up the stairs it needs replacing .it is very shaky .Also if you have mobility issues and need to hold on its not very reassuring that it will hold you . At the top of the stairs there is a fire door to open . Its very difficult to open that door if you have trouble and need to hold on to something .so a little hand rail on the wall to hold onto while opening the door would be helpful .
