Liked: Size of room and all the amenities in the kitchen.
Disliked: Bed was old and harder than we expected.

Rough start. Great stay.

Liked: Roomy unit, with big bathroom and kitchen. Great underground parking. Powerful wand car wash was great for rinsing off the car.
Disliked: They were unaware of our of original request via Booking.com for a south facing unit. On check-in we re-requested one. Unfortunately, although we arrived at 3pm, they would not be any units available until after 4pm. We returned at 5pm and our requested unit type was available.

Our trip to Canmore and...

Liked: The Lodge associates are amazing. They welcomed us upon arrival and assisted throughout our stay with kindness. Our room was unbelievable! Its was large, very clean and comforting. The views of the mountains are right there and beyond expectations! We enjoyed a short walk into town daily.

Was adequate, but I would...

Liked: stocked kitchen w/tableware and utensils. Fireplace was great. Staff always present at front desk. Location was decent but not exactly walking distance to downtown area. - probably would take me 30' to walk there, but is only about 10' drive. Hotel parking is limited and spaces are small. Staff were very helpful in helping me find places to see and eat.
Disliked: Although laundry machines available, THEY COULDN'T BE USED because they require coins for payment. And the front desk couldn't make change and there's no change machine. In 2024, one CANNOT be expected to have COINS! Machines can be made to accept credit card payments, or tokens that can be bought at the front desk. Or the front desk should be well stocked with coins so they can make change. Front desk was not helpful at all with this problem-no offer to get change or good suggestions for alternative solutions. To not be able to use the facility for such a ridiculous reason was frustrating! Also, the hot tub was located in the middle of a parking lot - very unappealing. And the onsite restaurant is closed; not sure when they will reopen.

Liked: The apartment was huge and included a full sized kitchen, bathroom with a bath and our own washing machine and dryer. It even had a BBQ on our balcony, which meant we could cook meals at home. The apartment was spotlessly clean, the bed was comfortable and the fireplace was wonderful! All of the staff were friendly and welcoming, and there was also free parking on site. Downtown was about a 5 minute drive or 15 minute walk away.We absolutely loved our stay and would stay there again in a heartbeat!
Disliked: Nothing. We absolutely loved the place. We wished we had longer than 4 nights!
