Liked: The golf course.. the club house, shame clubhouse is not open during the week .The rooms were nice.
Disliked: The food in the restaurant lacked the wow factorThe leisure centre could be more luxurious, the blue lights in the jacuzzi area are a bad choice.The pint of Guinness could be creamier

It’s a beautiful hotel but...

Liked: The hotel was clean and nicely decorated
Disliked: Not enough staff serving in the bar for dinner and in the breakfast room . We spent a lot of the time trying to catch people’s attention to order and felt we were being ignored, there was only one server for a very busy hotel. There is no lounge or common area where residents can sit and have a drink, after our dinner we just had to sit in the empty wedding hall as all the tables in the bar were all reserved for people eating.
