Liked: On the budget end price wise
Disliked: No heat, no hot water, precariously stained carpet, spiders on ceiling chilling like they owned it. Beds are rocks and blankets are thin, not cleaned proper (found someone's shaved hairs all over the shower walls and in the tub as well as used soap). Very steep deposit for price and quality of this place being 150 (almost double the room price).

Liked: Close walking distance to attractions
Disliked: Bed was uncomfortable, blankets didn't fit, obvious renovations happening with chipped paint, plastic duct taped on the ground outside the door, there were no lamps, only had regular limited channels, limited parking.
