Liked: Great location, clean room, easy check in and check out.
Disliked: Incredibly tiny room and bathroom (even for London), dark, uncomfortable because of size. There were three of us, and you could not move. Had to ask for an extra towel, twice. Not a good value.

Liked: Room was always clean. Staff were friendly and welcoming. Comfortable beds. Central location near Kings Cross Station. Well done to the team

Liked: We chose this hotel for the location it was in for travel & as we were there for football,for the pubs & eating places surrounding it.
Disliked: There was nothing we didn’t like. Room was spotless & staff were very friendly & helpful.

Excellent value for a short...

Liked: Excellent location, great value for money for a clean hotel with pleasant staff and a comfier than expected bed
Disliked: Room was fairly noisy with sound coming from rooms above, bathroom was very basic and only one key provided for a multi person room when the door is locked at night wasn’t ideal
