Liked: Very clean, lovely comfortable bed with great AC. Area was awesome and the price was unbeatable compared to other options. Highly recommended for a more budget stay!

Disliked: I booked an extra night on a separate reservation, for total of 3 nights. I wrote a message to the hotel to notify so they'd be aware. When I checked in, the staff confirmed I was checked in for 3 nights. On the day before night 3, I received a call asking why I hadn't checked out the day before, and had to explain everything all over again.

Liked: No breakfast. Great location and the least expensive place to stay in Healdsburg.
Disliked: I was charged an extra $100 at check in for a security deposit. Nowhere in the booking.com site was this mentioned. I'm told it will be refunded but it was a bit of a surprise at check in and too late to book somewhere else or cancel.

Liked: The rooms were nice clean. The price was a little high for the accommodation.
Disliked: The noise of the air-conditioner. But when we opened the window in the bedroom. We were uncomfortable being on the bottom floor.With some guys hanging out so close.
