One night in Delaware Water...

Liked: The location was perfect for my needs for an overnight stay.
Disliked: Frankly speaking the hotel could use a total renovation. If I own this hotel I would basically tear it down and modernize it with a pool make it a two-story situation with an elevator and offer free breakfast it all comes down to the imagination.

Liked: It was dirty and nasty and smelled like bed bug cleaner and nothing like the pictures
Disliked: EVERYTHING was nasty disgusting gross filthy and when i said to the front desk about it the only thing they said was let me show u another room why would i want to see another room its probably dirty too

Disliked: Facilities are outdated despite the new floor and bath tub. Pool was cold not heated and was 🥶. Some rooms had swastikas painted in doorway in 2nd floor
