Disliked: Not 1 nail in the wall to hang your clothes Zero hooks on the walls Zero closet rodsZero hooks on the doors No place to hang anythingNo coffee found anywhere.Not in the lobbyNot in the room Nowhere No tissues or napkins of any kind. Just toilet paper .No pen and paper. Only 2 worn out towels instead of the standard 4

Disliked: Facility is run down.I asked to check in early, and the answer was yes.Then was told it would be an $20 upcharge. I paid it.No customer service.

Pretty bad.

Liked: The staff was pleasant and the location suited our needs.
Disliked: Very outdated, beds extremely uncomfortable, a/c unit very loud, furniture old and beat up, dogs barking. Felt unsafe with only a small lock on the back door to the outside .

Misleading

Disliked: The pool was closed, and no adjustments were made in the price. The room could have been cleaned up a little bit more.
