Great location, beautiful boutique hotel.

Disliked: I didn’t like that the hotel charged me more than what Booking showed I would be paying. Almost $200 more!We returned from a concert at the Alamodome asking for one drink at the bar for 4 ladies. The bartenders were still behind the bar and patrons were still drinking and they told us they were closed. Seriously, they couldn’t pour 4 glasses of Chardonnay? Otherwise, hotel is perfect!

Liked: Great location near the Alamodome, La Villita, and Hemisphere Park.
Disliked: The room key didn't work in the door properly. Need instructions on how to use the coffee machine and the phone.

Liked: The hotel is beautiful, and the room was spacious.
Disliked: The staff were indifferent. And downright rude. You have to valet your car and they were not quick.

Disliked: Rooms were not very well soundproofed. Could hear loud steps from the room above at all hours. AC was hit and miss. There is construction going on inside the hotel which we weren’t made aware of meaning no lobby or area to sit other than inside the room which didn’t have a chair…
