Liked: .Staff locatiin valet

Overall, positive experience

Liked: Luxurious feel when you walk in. Friendly staff. Clean room and lovely warm water pool. Upgrade provided for next visit in response to feedback shared.
Disliked: Shower didn’t work in room. Sauna didn’t work the night we were there( wasn’t warm).

Liked: Great central location and very friendly staff.
Disliked: Hotel is fairly outdated. Disappointed that they removed the hot tub in the pool area.
