Liked: Beautiful hotel and amazing spa facilities. Staff were incredible, so friendly and welcoming

Good

Liked: The area is amazing! Windsor Garden Park is just beautiful — you can either walk there or go by bicycle, which the hotel provides free of charge. The rooms are also quite nice, though they could use a bit of renovation; we really loved the vibe.
Disliked: However, breakfast from the à la carte menu was really disappointing. The avocado toast was tasteless, and when we mentioned this to the reception, they didn’t even remove it from the bill. Overall, the quality of the food in all the restaurants leaves much to be desired.

Liked: The staff here are completely fabulous and go above and beyond in every area.
Disliked: Nothing! Other than the fact there’s nowhere to dry off wet spa clothes and towels in the rooms but that is a really minor thing!
