Liked: Fabulous hotel, from reception to rooms to the staff and views.Unfortunately we were put in the 1st floor with a function below us, we couldn’t sleep due to the noise, the reception were fantastic and moved us to a suite for the duration of our stay, it was a beautiful room (a small apartment) the best bed I have stayed in a hotel. We went down to the bar for drinks and the service was amazing, with a good selection of drinks and bar food. We didn’t use the spa but had a look around - it looks lovely. The weather wasn’t great (storm) so we couldn’t get to walk the grounds but definitely next time.We will definitely be staying again - thank you team Fairmont!
Disliked: A couple of things… but just small so hasn’t affected our rating.Beautiful bath but nothing to add - perhaps some bath salts etc?Biscuits with the coffee in the room would be great.
