Fabulous!!! And we will be...

Liked: We came to celebrate my boyfriend’s 40th birthday. The Clients Experience Team made our experience unique: from the beautiful birthday cake to the handwritten birthday card… small things that can really make a huge difference.

Relaxing and very comfortable stay

Liked: Overall we had a very comfortable stay, the rooms were very spacious and comfy beds - we stayed over Christmas, woke up Xmas day to find a small stocking had been left hanging on the door with a few small treats - a lovely touch. Friendly staff who couldn’t do enough and found the setting very relaxing.
Disliked: All was good, loved the Library and Orchid Tea Room - but found Moreish a let down for a 5* hotel restaurant. Lacks atmosphere - felt more like an all inclusive canteen.

Liked: Loved the property. Staff all so helpful and friendly. Bedroom extremely clean with all amenities. Food excellent. The best time had over Christmas
