Beautiful view and excellent service.

Liked: Lovely amenities in the gold lounge and bathroom products were high quality.
Disliked: I feel the hot tub needs updating felt very different from the rest of the property.

Liked: The bed was very comfortable. The harbor views from the room were beautiful. The valet and front desk staff were kind and professional. The atmosphere was beautiful but slightly dated beauty.
Disliked: We had breakfast on day 1 in their restaurant. The waitress we had for breakfast was not very kind or effective. We split a meal, and she was going to bring us two plates that she never showed up with until after the meal. When she finally showed up, she offered two teacup sized plates that would never had worked. The food was delicious, but the service was lacking. It is possible she was just having a bad day...

Liked: Location was great and the room a good size. Gold floor food was also very good.
