cold November stay

Liked: Location, lovely choice of breakfast and a nice gift of wine and cake left in the room as it was my wife's birthday
Disliked: Room very cold on arrival which didn't really heat up during our stay, ordered hot chocolate on arrival but it arrived look warm and had a pint of moretti but was served in the wrong glass, just feel that the little things aren't taken care of which spoilt the occasion it is meant to be 5 star after all

Lovely place & staff

Liked: The hotel was excellent, with a comfortable, spacious room and a nice breakfast. Staff are really friendly & helpful. We enjoyed the Spa facilities and the bar was really nice to sit in after our meal.
Disliked: Can't think of anything that I was disappointed with.
