Liked: The restaurant upstairs the Italian was not good .The pizza was but sent back the Lasagne as seemed microwaved the edges were rock hard and couldn’t be eaten.They told us a fresh one would take 20mins we waited and it was worse than the first.The staff were wonderful and apologised but we left hungry.They offered some prawns and we took them and both had bad tummies the next day.Truly this restaurant needs to match the rest of the hotel and doesn’t.Only with food as staff lovely

Pleasant but not quite a...

Liked: Rooms are starting to look a little tired and in need of a refresh. Decent size and comfort is acceptable.
Disliked: We were asked what time we would arrive and we advised 2pm. On arrival, and the hotel seemed quiet with it being a Monday, we were told that our room was not yet available. We were meeting friends and had hoped to be able to access our room to get changed. That didn't happen and we eventually got a call at 4.03pm to advise the room was available. I didn't find this acceptable and the staff on reception weren't particularly sympathetic about it. 4pm is a very late time to be checking in, especially when the hotel was quiet.
