Liked: Expansive Different pools
Disliked: No tennis court sResort fees include biking but there are only 4 bikes herePools are not properly heatedNo access to spa fitness classes unless room had spa access but resort fees advertise that.

An amazing resort! We will...

Liked: Loved the location and the pools. Everything was kept super clean and immaculate. It was a beautiful property with a lot of amenities. The staff was super friendly as well. We also enjoyed the spa and rooftop pool.
Disliked: We had a late flight and requested late checkout but they said they could not grant our request since someone else was checking in. The resort honestly didn’t seem full at all, so I was surprised they couldn’t honor our request.

Very nice hotel!

Liked: The property is beautiful and they treat you very well! It’s a 5 star hotel for sure! Our room in the Sunset building was beautiful and looked onto the Sunset Pool, very, very nice!
Disliked: The only negative is the parking for the Sunset building is across an empty field, and in the night it’s pitch dark! Not convenient at all! When I called on our last night to see if for that one night we could park in the Privado lot, ( that is right by our building), as we had an early flight and it would’ve made it easier for our luggage, I was told it wasn’t for us and a manager would have to make the decision! The lot was not full at all! The manager said they’d allow it but there would be a $40 charge! This is not a 5 star response at all! If a customer requests it and you can accommodate, you should! Other than the parking, very nice stay!

Liked: Staff was lovely and helpful. Bourbon Steak restaurant was good.
Disliked: There was a wait at both check-in and check-out. We drove up to the lobby at 4:00PM and we weren't in our room until well after 4:30. Our room was one of the fartherest you could possibly be from the lobby (only the room next to us was farther). We had high heels and light jackets which made walking across the entire property cold and tiring (around 6 minutes, waaaaay longer in heels or if you lose your way). Hate being dependent on golf cart rides. Self-parking was far from our room and pricey for the area. Room was so-so, really dark.
