My fiance and I rented a gold room for the night. Upon arrival, we were met by incredibly courteous staff, who ensured everything we needed was available. The room itself was amazing and so comfortable. Upon checkout, everything was seamless and incredibly professional.

Liked: The room was exemplary; the staff were incredibly professional; the bed was superb and it was an overall wonderful experience and well worth the cost.
Disliked: This hotel has ruined all other hotels for me.

We had a wonderful weekend. The hotel was just beyond words. Fantastic location for us to be able to walk around and enjoy the downtown core. An experience that we will not soon forget!

Disliked: There were ZERO USB ports in the room...this is unbelievable for the year 2024. We were given a workaround by a very helpful hotel representative, but that has to change. Also, no ramp to the street...if bellmen are not available, means a lot of heavy lifting up/down stairs.
