Liked: Clean and spacious room, excellent service from the valet to front desk to room service. They prepared the room with a dog bed and dog goodies. Everything was amazing.

Good

Liked: Hotel location is perfect, easy to all resorts and activities. Room is big and cozy, both city and ocean in view.
Disliked: Bed is a little soo soft. Lobby is a kind of noisy.

very comfy bed and comfy...

Liked: The bed was very comfy. The room was very comfy with a great large window. We like the teas in the room (green tea and herbal tea). The room was very clean, with comfy robe. The shower was relaxing. Free Wifi. We like that the hotel is located right across the Vancouver Convention Center, so it is convenient for our meetings. We also had diner in the Botanist restaurant in the hotel: our food was yummy and pretty (burrata beet salad, steak mushroom and potato puree, miso sesame chocolate mousse), but pricey.
Disliked: The harbor view was a bit blocked by the Vancouver Convention Center building in front. However, we like the large window in the king room, and we like the nice little view on the Canada Place street.
