Beautiful hotel but to loud...

Liked: The hotel had a lot of charm and character.
Disliked: If you’re looking for a good nights sleep, this is not the hotel. The car traffic, ambulance and police sirens kept us up all night. Do not get a room facing 4th Avenue!

Liked: Room and room service were superb ,Breakfast in restaurant was excellent Never waited for elevator Friendly and helpful staff
Disliked: Bit crowded in lobby, but people were having fun

Liked: The quality and ambience of the interior. It is very well furnished. The room was excellent, luxurious toiletries and bedding.
Disliked: Credit card prepayment process was difficult to follow and not transparent.

Disliked: When we checked in were told by the parking valet and again by the front desk that the hotel charges $65/day to park. This seemed ridiculously high, but it got worse. When we checked out the front desk informed us that with taxes, etc. the parking charge was actually $81/day. That’s preposterous!!!
