Great experience, might come back...
Liked: Location is fantastic. Great service. My room is large and comfy, also has nice view of the yard and river. My room is beyond my expectations. ALSO! WiFi is free now guys!
Disliked: The check in line was too long, I arrived at night on weekday and I waited for a long time to check in. Someone cut in the line and no one stopped them. People at check in place knew it, and chose to let them cut the line. The air conditioner is LOUD, and wall is thin. I was forced to hear others conversation …

Disappointing
Liked: Concierge service people was rude, not helping (even opening the doors or helping with luggage offer). No hot water for 12 hours in freezing cold weather. Overcharged in-room wine or water, so don't use it.

Liked: I liked how there were restaurants in the hotel, so we didn't have to venture out into the cold at night
Disliked: housekeeping came at inconvenient times. One day the showed up around 4:00, when we had been out of the room all day, and we had just sat down to relax.it would be nice if a free continental breakfast was includedPARKING- we had to park in a parking garage 7 minutes away, which was a pain. And, we had to pay for it. If we have to park far away, it would be nice to at least get a free parking voucher.
