Pleasant and comfortable stay with...

Liked: Staff were very responsive and very helpful. Totally unmatched. Room was good and the location was easy to get to from the parking lots. Dinner at the the restaurant (Orso) was really good.
Disliked: We found the room was a bit hot. I don't think it has any AC installed which might is understandable. You need to open the windows to let in air from outside to cool down the room. The bathroom is also quite small. i suggest you pay more to get a bigger unit - it is worth it.

Liked: Lovely location and atmosphere. We saw some deer wandering around the accommodations. Excellent view.
Disliked: We were checked in with trainee and he did not know much about the activity in the accommodation on what is available at the time.

Liked: The location is breath taking. The food was excellent and you pay extra of the quality. The pool, hot tub and gym were great. The staff was outstanding and there is a lot of work going on to update the accommodations.

A special stay in Jasper

Liked: Wow! What a special stay. This is a gorgeous hotel, in stunning Jasper. We loved that the hotel provided ice skates for us to use on the frozen lake. Everyone was so accommodating. The outdoor pool was also a nice touch.
Disliked: We could hear outside noise from our room, which woke us up when people next door came back late.

Lovely, classy location but very...

Liked: Beautiful location surrounded by mountains. Pool and exercise facilities are excellent. Rooms were nice but small. Staff and food are wonderful and singer in lounge was exceptional.
Disliked: Very high cost and taxes for stay. Menu is limited. Very few people at the Lodge but staff offer a number of activities which is nice.
