A special stay in Jasper

Liked: Wow! What a special stay. This is a gorgeous hotel, in stunning Jasper. We loved that the hotel provided ice skates for us to use on the frozen lake. Everyone was so accommodating. The outdoor pool was also a nice touch.
Disliked: We could hear outside noise from our room, which woke us up when people next door came back late.

Lovely, classy location but very...

Liked: Beautiful location surrounded by mountains. Pool and exercise facilities are excellent. Rooms were nice but small. Staff and food are wonderful and singer in lounge was exceptional.
Disliked: Very high cost and taxes for stay. Menu is limited. Very few people at the Lodge but staff offer a number of activities which is nice.

Liked: Beautiful unique setting and amenity offer for a magical winter holiday.
Disliked: Our only frustration was the ridiculous choice of location for ice skate rental. It was as far away as possible from the lake, requiring our whole family to trudge back and forth. Given the brand and price point, Fairmont really should stump up to have the rental centre closer to the lake.
