Liked: I liked the beautifully equipped gym, discrete turndown service, lake views, exquisite cocktails at the Martini Bar and innovative food at Nikkei Nine.
Disliked: I liked everything but would have loved a bath in the room, turndown with some camomile tea options or cocoa would have been lovely too.

Disliked: I would like to highlight the unprofessionalism of the reception staff at one of the city's so-called "prestigious" hotels.The staff appeared to be inadequately experienced and clearly untrained, with a lack of proficiency in handling the hotel’s software, which led to significant issues.Particularly concerning was an incident involving a guest who, after undergoing eye surgery, was unable to closely monitor her situation due to limited vision. The reception staff took advantage of this and charged her card a significantly higher amount than necessary. Even more outrageously, after she contacted the hotel manager to resolve the issue, additional charges were made to her card without any notification or explanation.I strongly recommend that the hotel management carefully review the training and professionalism of their staff, as such situations are entirely unacceptable for a 5-star establishment.
