Superb

Lovely hotel but book early

Liked: All the staff were lovely to deal with, excellent room service and food , attractive large wood-panelled room and furniture, wonderful bed, very nice amenities, and a kettle is so nice for a tea aficionado. Appreciated the microwave and fridge.
Disliked: Paid a rather high price for a tiny, shower-only bathroom; after a long day/ 5 hour flight a bath would have been nice to ease the stiffness. A shower doesn't cut it. Small window.Price is partly my fault because I booked last minute, and I probably could have asked about a bath. Noted for next time!

Would stay here again just...

Liked: The whole place was lovely. We were here at Christmas time and it was very decorated and cute. It’s right by all the shops. And hands down the most comfortable bed I’ve ever slept in at a hotel. And I’m still dreaming about that chocolate cake on the room service menu. Nice staff too.
Disliked: Our floor had some unfinished looking aspects to it which made it a little less pretty but it didn’t bother us.
