Beautiful hotel in great location

Liked: Cleanliness, friendly staff and accommodations. Location of hotel are wonderful. Valet was incre8nice.
Disliked: Not enough seating in the pool area.

We had a wonderful time.

Liked: We went for our 40th anniversary and were upgraded to a one bedroom suite complete with a bottle of champagne. This was an amazing experience and we will definitely go back.

Liked: The staff was very friendly and helpful! The rooms were gorgeous and the beds were extremely comfortable! We benefited from the exchange rate so it was a very good value. Overall just a delightful experience!
Disliked: I was surprised at how noisy it was. Perhaps this should not have surprised me since the hotel is in the middle of the city but there was a lot of street noise - sirens, busses, etc. that could be heard in the middle of the night and in the early morning hours.

Amazing stay!

Liked: Location and facilities were great. The staff was amazing in the hotel and restaurants.Raymond, our server for the high tea, was so amazing with us when we were trying to figure out which tea to try, and they gave us amazing recommendations.
Disliked: The hot tub was usually crowded, and I was hoping they had a device to dry your swimsuit after the pool like in the hotel in Banff
