Excellent stay, treated like Royalty...

Liked: Loved the location so central to everything. Beautiful view across from the waterfront. Stayed on the Gold floor which enabled us to spend a lot of time in the lounge. Well worth the extra cost!
Disliked: The down pillows were very thick and fortunately managed to get one that was a bit thinner.

Mother daughter vacation made perfect...

Liked: The location is perfect for exploring downtown Victoria on foot. The hotel is incredibly beautiful and the room was very spacious with nice amenities.
Disliked: Nothing

Liked: Booked two beds, hoping for a harbour view, but found out there are NO harbour view rooms with two beds.
