Poor

Disliked: Feels aged and over-used. Food was bad. Thermostat made thumping noise that made it impossible to have on at night.

My room expectations weren’t what...

Liked: Location, lobby
Disliked: There wasn’t anyone to take my bags at checkin on St. James.My room was tired. Hot water extremely slow….No in room refrigerator or amenities.
