This Fairmont hotel wax the...

Liked: Customer service was poor for supposedly a five star hotel. Problems were not addressed in appropriate time when encountered. Definitely paid too much for what should have been a pleasant stay. Never plan to return to this Fairmont.

I would stay there again...

Liked: Location
Disliked: Our room was right in front of the elevator—very noisy. But when I mentioned it at check out because I assumed they were booked so didn’t mention it before—they addressed the issue by reducing charges. Very well done.
