Liked: Location, interior, size of the room
Disliked: It was extremely cold in the room. Air conditioning control panel doesn't allow increase the temperature even turn off the device.

Excellent stay, would highly recommend.

Liked: Comfortable beds, fabulous location, quiet, Gold lounge access was excellent for snacks and drinks, breakfast was good, staff friendly and helpful,
Disliked: Would have like easy access power point next to bed to plug online phone.

Liked: Well I am an ottawa original. I was born in Windsor but I moved here when I was 3. I have been all over the world and this has been the most relaxing time I've ever had. It's funny that it's my home town but it's because I grew up in this atmosphere. Cuddos
