Stupendo Fantabulously Fantastical Magical!!

Liked: View was amazing! Cannot be described in words! I guess everyone knows Fairmont Banff Springs it at marvellous location which makes it best in the town.
Disliked: There was only one disappointment with one of your staff during evening which can be overlooked. Rest everything was wonderful. We are already planning to visit them again.

Magical Christmas at the Castle...

Liked: Exceptional staff throughout the resort. Gorgeous architecture and Christmas decorations. Delicious food at every restaurant at the resort. An overall magical vacation!

Restaurants and bars good but...

Liked: The view from the room and comfortable beds
Disliked: We had 3 rooms and they were all different some smaller and larger. Have stayed in hotels for a lower rate and Fairmont defiantly not worth the money paid.
