Definitely a bucket list stay...

Liked: Great location & hotel - views as promised, everywhere! Helpful friendly staff if called upon. Left a wonderful birthday acknowledgement & Christmas Day stocking gift - much appreciated when celebrating the holiday alone far from home & family x
Disliked: Room size misleading in photos - significantly smaller. However, our suite room amenities, cleanliness & view were wonderful & as advertised. Only issue is TV faced the front door, not the lounge, even with tilt so limited comfortable viewing.

Disliked: No under tile heating or heated towel rails, this would really finish off a luxury hotel

Liked: The hotel had amazing views and the room was spacious and comfortable. The location was very convenient, only a 20 min drive from Sunshine Village and is walkable to the town of Banff.
Disliked: The hotel restaurants were quite overpriced and did not meet our standards except for Waldhaus.
