Liked: We stayed in one of the gold rooms that includes access to the lounge. The staff is very friendly and attentive. Would definitely recommend and plan to return.

Disliked: Breakfast was not included in the price, and the hotel rate was expensive. It was also not possible to purchase access to a breakfast buffet, as it wasn’t operating. The only option was to go to the restaurant.

Worth the cost of staying...

Liked: The hotel is absolutely stunning and the staff were incredibly friendly and helpful. Our bed was very comfortable and the room had everything we needed and wanted.

Liked: We came here to celebrate our 30th wedding anniversary, since this was a spontaneous trip we don’t know what we were expecting. So Fairmont staff and the whole stay was just exceptional. I would like to thank Mark from the bottom of our heart , one of the Managers for handling a situation in a professional yet a personal way . He truly is an asset to the hotel . He even help me sign up so now I’m a member. I highly recommend this hotel , if you want exceptional service, view and staff look no further . This is the place , it’s like home away from home .

Beautiful venue

Liked: This is a beautiful hotel and the staff is absolutely amazing! We were here for two nights for a wedding and everything was perfect for that.

Great place to stay,, except...

Liked: only problem,, Maids spoke way too Loud Early morning
Disliked: The Gym was Weak plus way too Small for such a Big hotel??? Something needs to change
