Disappointing

Disliked: The bar at the pool closed both fri and sat night by 5PM. If you wanted to order anything, you had go down 7 floors to the main restaurant and order drinks to then bring back up to the pool. Seemed like a lot of private events closed a lot of the services and made it not very fun to stay here.

Well appointed property, overwhelmed by...

Liked: Overall nic facility, well kept and appointed.
Disliked: Short on staff as it was busy with several large gala/functions which impacted entry and parking.Staff at the pool werent able to communicate very well or assist on things requested.

Liked: Big room, very comfortable bed, room was very clean. Although it is a big hotel, it was very quiet and we had a restful time. Coffee machine was excellent. Pool area very clean

Liked: Great experience. But the staff woke me up one hour before my check out. I specifically asked for a late check out due to being a night worker . Someone came in one hour and woke me up. Was not happy !!:(
