Superb

Quiet B & B with...

Liked: The Location was good, close to the football ground, which was the main reason for our visit, but also only 15 minutes easy walk to the town centre. The room was overlooking the garden at the back of the house, which made it very quiet. the bed was comfortable and roomy, and although the room was compact, it was fine for the two of us. Carl and his wife Jude were very friendly and made us feel welcome, telling us the main points of Lynn to visit, and providing us with a marked map to find our way about. Breakfast was brilliant and as plentiful as you wanted, and there were tea and coffee making facilities in the room and biscuits supplied. We will definitely stay again if we visit the area again.

Liked: Very friendly hosts, close to amenities and quiet residential location. Attention to detail was good. Good choice of breakfast which was very tasty with proper butchers sausages 😋
Disliked: If I had to say something it would be that our room was advertised as superior, where as it was lovely and comfortable I would not describe it as superior. That said we would definitely stay there again. Thank you Carl and Jude
